Staverton, and showroom partner Zip UK, have launched Clever Thinking in Practice, a new social seminar programme for the architect and design community.
Designed to bring small and medium sized practices together, the first event will take place as part of Clerkenwell Design Week (22-24 May) and see Peter Hopkins of Clifford Tee & Gale explain the latest developments to Revit. The 40 minute discussion will be followed by drinks and networking.
Helen Strother, marketing director for Staverton said: “. We wanted to create an opportunity to provide advice and skills on the subjects that small to medium architectural practices need the most support in, such as effective marketing, growing your business, handling HR and maximising social media. Clever Thinking Practice gives us an opportunity to do that, and bring people together for drinks and networking too.
“We’ll be bringing in a variety of industry speakers and contributors and our new showroom will give us the perfect venue in the heart of Clerkenwell. It’s the first time we’ve held an event like this and we’ll be looking for feedback from our guests to determine the content and direction of the next event.”
Clever Thinking in Practice will take place on a quarterly basis in the new Staverton & Zip UK showroom, Clover House, 147-149 Farringdon Road, London, EC1R 3HN.
