employees given workstations tailed to TalkTalk's 'digital first' culture
Project Overview
TalkTalk approached Staverton to furnish its large-scale call centre with a minimalist, flexible bench workstation system to support multiple shift patterns and promote team cohesion. In response, we designed 3.6m ultralight bench workstations with continuous single-piece worksurfaces — eliminating partitions and enabling open, collaborative working. To complement the clean aesthetic, we engineered bespoke 3.6m dividing screens and redesigned the substructure to feature a movable central leg, allowing easy access to power within 1000mm of the centreline — no floor box relocation needed. Alongside the desking, we delivered tailored training, meeting, and audiovisual furniture solutions that align with TalkTalk’s digital-first culture and future-focused needs.
When TalkTalk was planning an office move, it was important to reflect their ‘digital first’ culture within the workplace. TalkTalk was looking for a space tailored to their staff‘s specific needs — both now and in the future. Staverton designed meeting and collaboration furniture solutions — and catered for TalkTalk’s audiovisual needs. The desks are a bench furniture system to allow for flexible working and prevent partitions between staff. Staverton met everyone’s requirements perfectly.
